Collect season fees

Configure how a season collects money — per-player or captain-collected team fees, optional sub fees — and track who has paid without chasing anyone.

Turn on fee collection for the season

In the season form, flip on “Collect season fees in PuckClub” and choose the model: individual (each player pays their own fee), captain-collected (one flat team fee), or both — in which case each team’s captain picks. Fees land in the Stripe account you select, and an optional per-game sub fee covers non-roster players.

See who has paid at a glance

Once fees are on, the season gets a Payments tab: every rostered player with their team, captain badge, and payment status — unpaid, pending, or fully paid. Cash and e-transfer payments can be marked paid manually, so offline money doesn’t muddy the picture.

Players pay from the league page

Rostered players see a season fee card on the league’s public page with the amount and a pay button that opens Stripe checkout. Captains paying a team fee get the same card scoped to their roster. No invoices, no printouts — the status above updates the moment payment lands.
