Terms of Service
Last updated: August 16, 2025
Welcome to PuckClub, a community-driven platform created for hockey players, coaches, referees, and fans to connect, share, and celebrate the sport we love. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for using our app and services (the “Service”).
By using PuckClub, you are agreeing to these Terms, which form a legal agreement between you and us. Please read them carefully before participating in the community. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and respectful environment for everyone. These Terms exist to protect both our users and the integrity of the platform.
1. Eligibility
To create an account and use PuckClub, you must be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect or allow registration from anyone under the age of 13. While we currently do not require proof of age at sign-up, we may introduce verification measures in the future to ensure compliance.
By using PuckClub, you represent that you meet the age requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. User Content
PuckClub allows you to post photos, videos, comments, and other forms of content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of anything you create and share, but by uploading it to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app and in promotional materials related to PuckClub.
We use automated moderation systems (AI) to help review content for safety and compliance. In certain cases, human moderators may also review content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates our community guidelines, infringes on intellectual property rights, or breaks the law.
By posting, you acknowledge that other users may view, share, and interact with your content within the platform.
3. Acceptable Use
To keep PuckClub safe and enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
- Posting abusive, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory content
- Uploading illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit material
- Harassing or impersonating others
- Sending spam, advertisements, or unwanted solicitations
- Attempting to disrupt or exploit the Service technically or socially
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or suspension of your account.
4. No Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and“as available” basis. While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we make no guarantees regarding uptime, security, accuracy, or the availability of specific features.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuckClub and its creators are not responsible for any losses or damages that result from your use of the Service. This includes—but is not limited to—loss of data, account issues, unauthorized access, or interactions with other users.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, improvements to our Service, or updates to our community standards. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of PuckClub after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
7. Contact Us
We value transparency and open communication. If you have questions, concerns, or feedback about these Terms or the Service, please reach out to us at support@puckclub.com.
